CREATE & FLOw

Jasmine's popular vinyl painting workshops fuses with the art of yoga

Join me and the yogis at IAMYOGI Studio in Sutton Coldfield for an afternoon of calm and focused creative flow!

What does the workshop include?

YOGA CLASS

2:30pm - 3:30 pm

We start the afternoon with a yoga class led by the studio owner and teacher Vicky. She will lead you through a flow session focused on expanding creativity and releasing tension in the body. Think ripples, flow, focus.

ART WORKSHOP: VINYL PAINTING

3:45pm - 5:45pm

After harnessing your inner flow, it's time to apply all that creative energy in the painting portion of the day. Each of you will be gifted a vintage vinyl record to paint. We paint directly onto the vinyl, listening to a carefully curated playlist of soulful music to get you into your painting flow.

During the session, a cup of cacao or tea will be offered for you to enjoy, keep that creative fire stoked and warm.
