Hosted at the gorgeous Espresso Studios, this event is all about getting your body moving and finding your flow to create! With two options for the pilates class & painting workshop, there's a lot on offer for this Sunday morning session ...

Here's the rundown ...

£33 per person.

Our first option is a Mat Pilates class followed by the Watercolour painting workshop. Mat pilates is all about stretching and strengthening the body. With focus on core, building muscle, releasing tension and creating movement in the body. The watercolour class aims to bring in creative focus, with full guidance and freedom of your own artistic expression encouraged!

£38 per person.

Option 2 is to upgrade to a Reformer pilates class with the watercolour painting workshop. The Reformer class focuses on increasing strength and movement, working on the reformer tables for an enhanced pilates experience. From beginner to advanced, anyone can experience the power and flow of Reformer pilates, and the movements in class can be adjusted to suit your body's needs. The watercolour focus remains the same: to release your creativity and paint something you're going to love!

So whether it's flow or refinement you're after from the pilates session, we've tailored this workshop to suit you! The art class will be run by me, Jasmine, and the owner of Espresso Studios, Rosie, will be there to lead you through the pilates sessions, with a skilled Reformer instructor on board too!

For the Watercolour Painting portion of the event, we will focus on creating a beautiful piece of art for you to take home, with full guidance from me throughout! There is absolutely no art skill required for the session, but simply the desire to create!

Note: there are 2 ticket prices for the two event options.
